In early of 2017, Brandon Canipelli and Christopher Kaufman determined to better serve their respective customers, forming a real estate team of likeminded individuals was a necessity. Brandon and Chris were indispensable in every aspect of selling our house, from our first meeting long before the house went on the market, to ensuring everything went perfectly smoothly and tying up loose ends during and after the closing. They advised us on how best to prepare the house for listing, helping us make well-informed decisions about what updates made the most sense. They guided us in anticipating situations that could arise during listing and closing - which we would not have thought of - and plan ahead for those so there were no glitches at all once the house went on the market. They used a number of data points to help us decide the best listing price, and their approach to negotiation ensured (1) we didn’t wait unnecessarily long to sell the house and (2) we didn’t settle for less than the value we agreed the house was worth. We lived at a great distance while the house was being prepared for sale, shown and sold, and Brandon and Chris were available, responsive and proactive in helping us with everything from checking on the house to providing great options for local resources that could take care of the things that needed to be done, and then meeting the folks we had arranged to do jobs at the house to let them in and be sure everything went well. Not only did we benefit from their expertise and support, but they are a delight to work with as well - personable and great communicators.
