Chris Kaufman, a University of Maryland graduate whom after decades of running a successful Medical Sales & Service business elected to step down as CEO and focus his energies locally. With core competencies in contract negotiations, marketing, and client consultation his greatest satisfaction has always come from working with others to achieve their goals.

In 2015, Chris celebrated 20 years of marriage to his college sweetheart who works locally in the Healthcare industry. Together they have two beautiful daughters, Madison - a senior at UCF and Giovanna "Gia" a recent H.S. graduate. When not crunching numbers or evaluating property potential for Clients, Chris enjoys an occasional round of golf, hobby woodworking, and fishing the flats around the local area Intracostal waterways.  After a brief stint in culinary college along with a long history of being the cook in the family, he loves experimenting with some of his favorite cooking spices Basil, Paprika, and OldBay just to name a few.

After decades of dealing with Top Level Executives, working deals in the hundreds of millions of dollars, running and selling numerous businesses. Professionalism has become one my staple traits.  Maybe it's just engrained in my dna, whatever the case I have learned one important thing along the way in being successful - "customer service first, everything else will follow"

Brandon and Chris were indispensable in every aspect of selling our house, from our first meeting long before the house went on the market, to ensuring everything went perfectly smoothly and tying up loose ends during and after the closing. They advised us on how best to prepare the house for listing, helping us make well-informed decisions about what updates made the most sense.
